Watching films

This weekend I had fun watching Frida, with Salma Hayek. The colours were gorgeous so I did a little colour study. This could possibly be my new favourite thing to do. I wonder what films I should do next. Any tips for wonderfully colourful films?

a single man is an absolutely beautiful film visually. and pretty much in every other way as well.

Wes Anderson films tend to be pretty visual, and The Fall is totally gorgeous, bright glorious colours everywhere.

Bugger I was going to say The Fall too.

I love this idea. Amelie might be a fun one since red & green are somewhat of a theme through the movie, but there are lots of other colors too.

I sometimes watch something and pick up the words and experiment with calligraphy. A good colourful film I recommend is The cave with the yellow dog. An absolutely wonderful film

I was going to suggest A Single Man as well. Never Let Me Go also has an interesting colour palette...

What a creative idea. I must admit the only movie that I ever really noticed the colours was "Great expectations" with Gwyneth Paltrow leaned very much towards green. Spanish movies I would imagine are great for that too.
